Until December 2011 Rick was the CEO of a global fulfillment company making advertising products.

Starting in 2000 Rick developed a hugely successful business model combining customer facing operations in USA, UK and Spain with dedicated offshore centres in India, Philippines and Colombia. The business employed 3,400 people and handled annual volumes of up 4 million pieces of work.

Rick has an engineering degree and a Masters in Production Management from Cambridge University.
